When this Dog-eat-doggy world gets a little too overwhelming, I retreat to holy ground.  

This blog is the online holy place I return to for sacred ceremony to facilitate the TMM 1-2-3 discoveries  = Self-awareness + Self-understanding + Self-care.    For the benefit of all SSBs.

Those quickie easy prayers and practices that transform the mind and soften the heart, and help me to purify, purify, purify all obstacles to goodness ... and world peace.  To quickly and more quickly hasten the good things that are yet to be.  As long as I want to benefit others, the buddhas and bodhisattvas will be there, all our noble friends will come running.
